Mr. Adam is a renowned Engineer and former Managing Director of Electricity Company of Ghana. He started his career at Ohio Ball Telephone Company, USA.
He worked at Nestle Ghana Ltd between 1976 and 1994. Mr. Adams became General Manager GECAD Ghana Limited in 1995 and was named MD/CEO of Electricity Company of Ghana in 1998.
He has served on the Board of several Government Agencies, Commissions and Private Companies including: Tema Development Corporation, National Commission of Culture, Tema Food Complex Corporation, Presidential Commission on Pension and Kablemetal Alcatel Ghana Limited.
Presently, he is Chairman Board of Trustees, Volta River Authority Resettlement Trust Fund Ghana, West Mamprust Community Bank and member, Pension Reform Implementation Committee.
Mr. Adam holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA and MBA from the prestigious Harvard University, USA.

Mr. Bode Oseni was trained at the London School of Insurance and became an Associate Chartered Insurance Institute of London in 1989. He also holds an MBA from one of Nigeria’s leading Universities, University of Lagos. An Insurance marketing Guru, Oseni started his career as a Broker. He was Assistant Manager, Man Mountain Insurance Brokers of Nigeria from 1989 to 1991. He was appointed Manager, Marine Insurance of Hogg Robinson Nigeria in 1992. Oseni had a stint with the defunct Nigeria Arab Bank Ltd as its Manager, Insurance.
Other positions held by him include Assistant General Manager, Operations, Triumph Assurance Company Limited and Head, Eastern Operations, Phoenix Nigeria Assurance Plc. He became Regional Director, Regency Alliance Insurance Plc, Nigeria in 2007.

| BIYI OTEGBEYE (B.SC, ACII, MBA, LLB, BL) - Director |

Mr. Otegbeye is the Group Managing Director, Regency Alliance Insurance Group. A distinguished chartered insurer, entrepreneur, and Barrister of the Supreme court of Nigeria, he obtained his basic training from the United Nigeria Insurance Company Limited (UNIC) where he worked extensively in Risk Management, General Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Marine and Aviation Divisions.
Mr. Otegbeye became the pioneer Managing Director of Regency Insurance Plc in 1993.Following its merger with 3 other insurance companies in 2007, he was retained as the GMD of the group.
He holds a B.SC Insurance and MBA Financial Management from the University of Lagos. He also holds LLB from Lagos State University. Mr. Otegbeye is an Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute, London.

As Chief Executive Officer of the 15 member West African regional organisation, Dr. Chambas has successfully positioned ECOWAS as a model regional organisation in Africa.
Prior to his election, Dr. Chambas was a Member of Parliament of Ghana and at a time, its Deputy Speaker. He first entered Government in 1987 as Deputy Foreign Minister of Ghana.
Between April 1997 and December 2000, Dr. Chambas was the Deputy Minister of Education in charge of Tertiary Education.
He holds degrees in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon (B. A. 1973) and Cornell University, Ithaca New York (M. A. 1977; PhD 1980) and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, Ohio (J. D. 1984). He has been admitted to practice law in Ghana and the State of Ohio. His working experience in the United States includes teaching at Oberlin College, and practicing law with The Greater Cleveland Legal Aid Society and the Cleveland, Ohio, Law Office of Forbes, Forbes and Teamor.
Dr. Chambas served a two-four-year term (1997-2007) on the Cornell University Council, the first African to serve on the Council of the prestigious Ivy-league American University.

| MR. SAMMY OLANIYI (B.SC, MSC) - Director |

Mr. Sammy Olaniyi is the Executive Director, Business Development, Regency Alliance Insurance Plc of Nigeria. A member of the Institute of Directors, Olaniyi obtained B.Sc Accounting and M.Sc, Organizational Behaviour from University of Lagos, Nigeria.
A business Strategist, he had his Insurance training in the United Kingdom including the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Lloyd’s Training Centre.
He had extensive experience in Insurance Business Development and Marketing Research.
Olaniyi was a leading member of the consortium of investors who acquired Nigerian Alliance Assurance Corporation Limited in 1996 and was subsequently elected as its Executive Director. |
