MR. BODE OSENI, ACII, MBA - Managing Director |

Mr. Bode Oseni is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Company.
He was trained at the London School of Insurance and became an Associate Chartered Insurance Institute of London in 1989. He also holds an MBA from one of Nigeria’s three leading Universities, University of Lagos. An Insurance marketing Guru, Oseni started his career as a Broker. He was Assistant Manager, Man Mountain Insurance Brokers of Nigeria from 1989 to 1991. He was appointed Manager, Marine Insurance of Hogg Robinson Nigeria in 1992. Oseni had a stint with the defunct Nigeria Arab Bank Ltd as its Manager, Insurance.
Other positions held by him include Assistant General Manager, Operations, Triumph Assurance Company Limited and Head, Eastern Operations, Phoenix Nigeria Assurance Plc. He became Regional Director, Regency Alliance Insurance Plc, Nigeria in 2007.

PRINCE KWESI NYARKO NKRUMAH (B.SC, ACII) - Head, Technical Operations |

He obtained the Bsc. Biochemistry degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where he is currently pursuing his MBA. He is a Chartered Insurer and an associate member of the chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
Prince has a strong working background in underwriting management and claims within the insurance industry and until recently the area manager, Industrial and General Insurance Co limited Kumasi/Sunyani. He had a stint with the Standard Chartered Bank as Business Relationship Manager.

MR. NANA KOFI ASIEDU KISSI (B.SC, MBA, ACCA) - Chief Finance Officer |

He obtained the B.Sc Applied Accounting degree from Oxford Brokes University and MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester, both of which are in the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He has wide experience in the Accounting profession as it relates to the Insurance Industry in Ghana. He was recently the Head, Finance and Investments IGI life Assurance Ghana.
He has participated in many professional courses and seminars.

MR. MICHAEL ABBIW (B.SC MPHIL) - Head, Business Development |

He is currently pursuing his MPhil/PhD Programme in Business Administration at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He joined the company after his success of transforming the business development activities in KEK Insurance Brokers Limited, the leading broking firm in the industry, and he had a stint as the Head, Business Development with CDH Life Assurance Company Limited.
He is a member of various boards mainly supporting them on strategy and business development activities. He also has extensive knowledge in consulting in the areas of Strategy, Market Research, Training and Employee Developments, and Recruitment. He has attended and presented at various seminars and courses in Marketing, Leadership, Business Management, Time Management and Selling. |
